Executive summary
Noonday Navigator takes the first pass through a stack of résumés. Upload a résumé and the system reads it, pulls out the candidate's contact details, and scores them against six weighted criteria for the role — social content, design and creative, copywriting, ministry fit, analytics, and AI fluency — with a one-sentence reason for each score and an overall score out of 100. The team can then add their own review notes, and candidates sort by score so the strongest rise to the top.
