Executive summary
Association Digital Audit is a sister tool to the church audit, built for organizations whose audience is member churches, prospective members, and partners rather than Sunday visitors. It uses the same scoring engine and five categories, but the checklist and the AI instructions are rewritten for associations: it looks for the organization's region and identity, clear program and resource pages, event and training listings, member portals, and staff contact paths. It also adds an admin screen so Noonday staff can edit the checklist wording live without a developer.
What it is
A private audit and pipeline tool for association-type clients, with its own database separate from the church audit tool.
Purpose for Noonday
Associations are one of Noonday's core client types, and grading them against a congregation checklist produced misleading advice. This version gives Noonday credible, audience-correct findings to sell and deliver against.
Who it serves — Associations and networks, Noonday consultants
- Baptist associations, networks, and denominational bodies
- Noonday consultants running the association pipeline
- Admins tuning the scoring checklist
Features included
- Five weighted scoring categories, same as the church audit
- Association-specific checklist: identity and region, who they serve, program pages, events and training, member resources and login, contact paths, site freshness
- AI instructions that explicitly avoid congregation language such as service times and sermons
- Live rubric editor so staff can change checklist wording and priority
- Team hub, intake, copy feedback, booking, payments, and testimonials
How it works
- 1Staff enter an association's website to start an audit.
- 2The site is read and screenshotted; listings and page speed are checked.
- 3AI grades each association-specific checklist item with reasoning.
- 4Scores produce a report the consultant reviews and shares.
- 5Follow-up work flows through intake, copy review, booking, and payment.
- 6Admins adjust checklist wording in the rubric editor as the offer evolves.
What runs automatically
- Automated site reading, screenshots, listing lookups, and speed tests
- AI grading of every checklist item under association-specific instructions
- Automated email sequences and payment handling
Notes for leadership
Not published yet. Shares its engineering with Church Digital Audit but runs on its own database, so the two can be tuned independently.
