Executive summary
Multiply OS is the software version of Noonday's church consulting process. A church leader signs in, answers a set of discovery and diagnosis questions, and the system helps turn those answers into clear goals, a playbook, and a scorecard the church can track. Consultants get their own workspace to manage every church they serve, take notes, schedule check-ins, and see progress in one place. It also pulls in real census and religion data about the neighborhood around each church, so plans are based on facts about the community, not guesses.
What it is
A private, login-protected platform with three sides: a church leader workspace, a consultant workspace, and an admin area. It carries a church through a repeatable strategy process and stores the results so nothing lives in a consultant's head or a one-off document.

Consulting time is Noonday's most limited resource. Multiply OS lets one consultant serve many more churches by handling the paperwork, the follow-up, and the first draft of the plan, while keeping the quality consistent from church to church.
